Spartan's Presentation Night 2010!!!

We are holding our Presentation Night for the 2009/10 season on Friday 4th June 2010 at Thistleworth Tennis Club, 129 Ridgeway Rd North, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5LX.

Time: 7pm-midnight. Presentation to start at 8pm. Tickets will be pay on the door. A adult ticket will be £5 and a child ticket will be £2. A family ticket which is 2 adults and 2 children will be £10.

Each team will give awards to their Player’s Player, Most Improved Player and Manager’s Player. We will be rewarding our players for all their hard work this season which has been one of our most successful in the club’s short history.

There will be raffles, games and music to keep everybody entertained. All the money raised goes back into the club to fund different projects.

Please do try and come to the presentation night, we can promise that it will be a fantastic night for all the family to enjoy. We guarantee laughs and joys as we celebrate the boy’s success this year.

H28 and H91 buses run very close to Thistleworth Tennis Club. H28 bus runs on Ridgeway Rd and the bus stop is 5mins walk from the Tennis Club. H91 bus runs alongside the Great West Rd (A4), if you get off at Osterley Library the Tennis Club is 5mins walk from the bus stop. The nearest tube station is Osterley and nearest rail station is Syon Lane or Isleworth. Car parking is very limited within the Tennis Club so it is recommended to park on the road just outside the Tennis Club, please do not block any drives.

Under 14's Win Middlesex County Cup & Under 12's Win Harrow Youth League Cup!!

On Sunday 25th April, our U14's side beat Parkfield Youth FC to win the Middlesex County Cup. The final score was 4-1 and it was superb match with the pick of the goals being a sublime free kick from our center forward.

Also, our U12's side beat Kodak Fc to win the Harrow Youth League Cup. The final score was 1-0 and the boys worked their socks off to secure the cup.

Again, the boys hard work has paid off and they fully deserve their cup victories.

The U12's now have the U12's Harrow Youth Premier Title to play for and can hopefully win their remaining games to secure the title.

The U14's now have completed a cup double winning the Harrow Youth League Cup and The Middlesex County Cup.

As a club we have now won 4 cups in 2 weeks, a fantastic achievement by the boys and all the hard working coaching staff.

Under 11's Middlesex County Cup & Under 14's Harrow League Cup Wins!!!

On Sunday 18th April, our U11's side beat Whetstone Wanderers on penalties to win the Middlesex County Cup. The final score of the match was 1-1 and our boys scored all their penalties to secure the cup.

Meanwhile our U14's side beat Hayes & Yeading United to secure the Harrow League Cup. The final score was 5-0 and the performance of the boys was superb.

It has been a long hard season but the boys have worked very hard and their hard work has paid off with these 2 cup wins.

The U11's now have the U11's Harrow Youth Premier Division Title to play for and can hopefully secure it in the next couple of games.

The U14's now have to play Parkfield Youth Fc in the Middlesex County Cup Final on Sunday 25th April and can hopefully secure a cup double.

Saturday Training Venue Changed from Sat 13th Feb 2010!!

Just a quick one people,

Saturday training has now moved from GSK Sports Ground, Swyncombe Ave to Carville Park North, Lionel Road North, South Ealing as of Saturday 13th Feb. Parking is avaiable on the road and the time of training is still the same 9am-10.40am.

If you are coming down the A4 road from Gillette Corner way, it's just after the Mercedes garage, follow the signs for the A4, not the M4 and it's the first left after that.

If you are coming from the Acton area, Lionel Road North is acessable via Popes Lane and the park is right at the end of the road.

Bus route H91 runs next to the ground and South Ealing Station is around a 20 min walk to Carville.

Hey all, just a quick reminder that we will return to training on Saturday 2^nd Jan 2010. Hope you all had a good christmas, hopefully everyone got good presents and got some well earned rest. See you all on Sat 2^nd Jan.
